Dental Work

I'm considering pulling my teeth with pliers if I don't get them out soon. I'm losing sleep nightly, dropping weight steadily and constantly dealing with some amount of pain. Sometimes, it makes my temples throb so intensly that I tear up. I'm missing half of about 6 teeth and it seems to be getting worse. I don't know what to do. I take care of a friend with M.D. and he can only afford to pay me $120 a week. I could pay $60 of that $120 towards dental bills. At this point, there isn't much that I wouldn't do to make them stop.
